Reach customers and send OTPs from your own WhatsApp number
Broadcast to contacts who gave permission, at a sensible sending pace with automatic opt-out. For your apps, send OTP codes and transactional notifications through an API — customer replies land in the same Inbox as your chatbot.
WhatsApp Broadcast
For promotions, reminders and updates to customers who actually want them.
- Human-like pace. Random gaps between messages, typing status, sending hours, and a daily quota per number.
- Recorded consent. Every contact and every import carries where its consent came from.
- Automatic opt-out. Recipients just reply STOP; it applies to every campaign and survives re-imports.
- Emergency brake. Sending pauses itself when too many numbers fail or aren't registered — the sign of a stale list.
WhatsApp API (OTP & notifications)
For apps, online stores, or internal systems that need to send messages automatically.
- Verification OTP. Send verification codes at sign-up or login, with a test panel that sends to your own number.
- Transactional messages. Order confirmations, invoices, or shipping updates from your system.
- An API key per app. One key per consuming site; keys are shown once and only their hash is stored.
- Replies don't get lost. Customers who reply to your message reach that number's chatbot or support team directly.

What you should know
Your WhatsApp number is connected by scanning a QR code, like WhatsApp Web. This is not Meta's official route, and bulk messaging still breaches WhatsApp's terms — numbers can be restricted or blocked, especially when recipients report your messages.
So: use a dedicated marketing number, separate from your support number; message only contacts who gave permission; and for large volumes, consider Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API.
