Send, negotiate, and sign agreements without printing a page
Build an agreement from a template, a PDF, or a Word file. Your counterparty opens a private link, proposes clause-by-clause revisions, then signs with a WhatsApp or email OTP. The final result is a sealed PDF anyone can verify.
From draft to final PDF
- Prepare the documentUse a template whose variables fill themselves in, or upload an existing PDF or Word file. Choose who needs to sign.
- SendThe content is frozen as version 1 with a SHA-256 fingerprint, numbered, and a private link goes to every signer.
- NegotiateSigners can propose revisions per clause or decline the document. You decide, and every change becomes a new version.
- SignDraw a signature or type a name, accept the consent statement, then confirm with an OTP code via WhatsApp or email.
- Done & verifiableThe final PDF carries the agreement, signature blocks, an evidence sheet and a QR code — digitally sealed and checkable on a public verification page.
Cross-border & bilingual
Signing pages, notifications and PDFs in English or Indonesian. The legal basis on the evidence sheet follows the agreement's country.
Per company
Every agreement, counterparty, template and serial number belongs to one company. Contract contents stay hidden from other companies in the group.
Stamp duty on record
For documents that need stamp duty (such as Indonesia's e-Meterai), the serial number and stamped PDF from the official provider are recorded on the agreement.
Pricing
- Agreement sent
- 10,000 credits per agreement, charged once when it is first sent for signature. Revisions and new versions are not charged again.
- Drafts
- Free. Writing and editing drafts uses no credits.
Signatures on CommuniQore are electronic signatures backed by consent records, OTP and a document seal — not certified signatures from a licensed certification authority (such as an Indonesian PSrE or an EU QTSP). If the law requires a certified signature for your agreement, check with your legal adviser first.
